As Head of US Programs & Group Captives, Christopher Flatt’s responsible include developing and directing all strategic, financial, and operational initiatives to ensure each business achieves its short- and long-term profitability and growth objectives.
Before Lexington, Chris worked at Marsh where he led their Workers’ Compensation Center of Excellence, was a member of the Casualty Practice Executive Committee, and ran Marsh’s Group Captive business. Prior to Marsh, Christopher worked at Guy Carpenter where he managed a portfolio of program, group captive, workers’ compensation, and property catastrophe treaty reinsurance placements. Before Guy Carpenter, Chris worked as a reinsurance underwriter for a GE Capital company that specialized in alternative risk, programs, and casualty treaty reinsurance, and with the Hartford Financial Services Group as a multi-line national account underwriter.
