President, Lexington Insurance Company

Neil Smallcombe is President, Lexington Insurance Company, responsible for leading Lexington’s A&E, Casualty, Healthcare and Western World businesses.

Neil previously served as Lexington’s Head of Casualty, where he played a meaningful part in Lexington’s return to E&S market leadership through a period of unprecedented repositioning and growth. He was instrumental in Lexington’s efforts to expand midmarket and excess capabilities across its A&E, Casualty and Healthcare portfolios.

Neil began his career as an underwriter at Lex London and has held various roles of increasing responsibility over the course of his 22-year career with AIG. He is a Graduate of the University of York, England.
